Multi Stream
Hey Guys! How do you select OBS studio in your video feedback section for two sites at once? I'm trying to multi stream and when I click OBS studio on the second site it asks me to switch from the first site instead of multi streaming. Also so that you can see multiple platforms in the chat box? TIA x

Stop deleting my cam site settings!
I hate that every few weeks my cam site settings disappear. This is bullshit. I have my stream set up everything is working but no your stupid browser extension has to screw up and cost me money. You all need to start paying me for every time your software screws me out of not getting paid, then maybe this would stop occurring. I am sick and tired of this happening and you all have no solution or fix just "sorry for the inconvenience" like no you are not! if you were sorry that you cost me a day's wages you would fix the issue and yet it keeps happening.

I've had the same issues. My settings dashboard shows 10+ "default settings" that I have never saved, alongside the single batch of settings that ARE what I want in the drop-down menu, and then one day it will just forget that I ever saved any settings AT ALL, I have to re-add both sites I use and reset all my tip levels. Support asked me to uninstall the extension (not the problem, the problem is the lovense extension dashboard) and log out/log back in. I couldnt log out without getting an error, but then also wasn't logged in still/couldnt re-log in, for several days. I gave up trying to get the extension and OBS issues resolved with them when the response was essentially "have you tried turning it off and then back on again?"

No I do not have the browser set up to delete data.
It is the Lovense Cam extension that is removing things. I even click the cloud backup and restore to a previous date, this is what use to work, and it no longer works. It still has no settings for any sites that I have saved multiple times before. I have restarted the browser and run is as admin. However when the problem comes from the Lovense Cam Extension there is nothing that I can do. the problem is with the extension it self and it needs to be fixed so that I can use it.
This issue has been reported and known about for 3 months, and has not been fixed yet.
I have now lost over a weeks wages, please have admin reach out to me so that I can submit a receipt and receive compensation for my lose.
This is the Chrome browser plugin.

Do you have your browser set up to delete data / clear caches when you close it? If so, change the settings to keep the data and see what happens. The other thing to try is to run the browser as Administrator. You can right click on the executable and select "Run As..." and make it the Administrator user.

They have always been very helpful to myself and many others on here.
If not, then please give them a try
For info, I use Win10, and Chrome with the extension as well, so far it has never lost the settings in over 2 years, what is your setup?
And regrettably I do need to point out Rule #1: Treat all membrs with respect.

Solved! MS Edge In-Private Mode Lovense Extension Issues
I used to leave the "Manage Extensions" page open after setting Extensions to Developer Mode (just being lazy). I'd then open the Lovense extension. As a result the Lovense extension didn't react when I was tipped. Now I've realised what the issue is, I make sure the Manage Extensions page is closed before opening the Lovense extension. Everything now works perfectly!

Ever since this update was pushed I have had issues when I stream and this past month I have not made anything at all because this extension no longer works. Which means people can no longer tip me to use my toys. The whole point of getting the extension and having so many lovense toys was so that people could pay to use them. Since you all are having so many issues with Chrome, maybe you all should have extensions for other browsers such as Opera.

What a DISASTER. 2 days trying to get this to work after I was forced to update chrome i still cannot get the extension to eve fucnction. im literally ugly crying because i'm so frustrated and stressed as this is wasting so much stream time. im on the verge of a meltdown !!

cam extension deleted my cam sites and all my configurations
What the title says I updated the extension Tuesday, and i had all my settings and everything thing worked. I go to set up my stream for today and everything is GONE. toy settings GONE, tip settings GONE, sites I stream on GONE. all of it. I don't have hours to sit and test my toy and reset everything up again before stream. 😡

Maybe a way to set when the apps graphics are shown on the video feedback ie if using the valentines app AND the dice app only one shows for 1 min and then the other for 1 min?

Its need to be either the cam extension or the share link.. ( I reported the issues with the dice game in the share link)
The apps and games are great however need to be more editable. Personally, I dont use a lot of them BECAUSE I cant personalise them . ie Non toy prizes have drop down lists with pre written prizes (show tits for example - I dont use that word in my room)
Also I find a lot of apps Video Feedback cant be edited as in their size and takes up too much of my cam.
Some apps only show what has been won on the Video feedback and not in the room, so prizes can be missed... hence dont use those apps either.
