I saw on a users stream once and have not been able to find it since, but there is an app that makes it required for a viewer to tip before they can chat in public chat. I was wondering if any one had the name of this app.

You don’t need any app for that. It’s already a part of the settings for your chat room. Go to Broadcast Yourself. At the top of the chat there are 4 tabs. The last tab, that looks like a gear, is your settings. There you will see “Chat Allowed By.” In the drop down menu you can choose from “All Users”, “Users Who Have Tipped Me Today”, “Users Who Have Tipped Me”, “Users Who Have Tokens.”
There are also apps and bots like Dorothy’s Ultra Fembot that have other features. Dorothy’s can also make greys wait up to 20 minutes before chatting. And, you can set it to stop greys and non-tippers from chatting when your room reaches a certain number of people. Hope that helps.
