Older people tend to view money in a more positive and pragmatic light, while younger people have more associations with symbolic aspects of money.

One of the first steps in building long-term relationships with customers, for instance people who regularly used an enhanced service in one year were more likely to repeat that service than those who used the service only occasionally.
linking payments to benefits is another good way to get repeat customs, it gives a more personal feeling and makes things special. I'm not just talking about goals or things set in stream's as every site has a different setup and that would be up to the individual to work out.
