Hi, you may need the Chatbox to help you collect all the chats from the cam sites. The Chatbox function is in the main menu on the left hand side of the settings page. Its tutorial is in the Knowledge Base which you can find at the bottom left of the settings page.

Hi We are trying to gather viewer details from the chat. For example, the chat box could show the style of the viewer's name to indicate the account level. If you need something more, please let us know and we'll try to do it for you if possible.

Thank you. Yes I get the chat box. But I guess I’m not used to it. Has less info on the viewers then the chats do on the actual sites. But the main issue is trying to also see my stream so I know what the hells actually on screen lol. Im not that good with technology.
Yes that is normal, like the image says your stream is "public" so live. There is a setting that you can put a cam overlay on your screen, youtube has info on how to.😊

Thanks. I’m trying to figure out how to stream cb and cam4 at the same time. And see the chat for both. And see me. Lol. I feel like I have 5 tabs open and it’s too much to keep a flow going. Thank you for the replay.
If you want to stream 4K your need a 4K screen (you could ofc attach that with hdmi to your laptop), i7/i9 is best to have atleast, 16gb ram atleast, I own a Dell XPS 15 9520, my old laptop overheated cause of camming, that was Lenovo Yoga 14.

Thank you so much for the recommendation! Appreciate you <3
Most people pick a Windows laptop that is suitable for gaming. You'd want an Intel i5 or better (or AMD equivalent), 16GB or RAM or more, an SSD hard drive, and a good graphics card. Apple MacBook M1/M2 based laptops also work.
Do NOT get a Chromebook, most software is not supported on those.

Hey! Be aware though, that if you want to work on sites like Jasmin, they don't support their cam software for Macbook M1. I'm not sure for M2, but for M1 that's for sure. They said they are working on it., but I don't see too much friction going on that direction since the majority of the models are using Windows systems.
Welcome. I suggest checking out the "Getting Started" and “Skills” sections at the top of the page. Feel free to ask questions here or on our Discord server (https://discord.gg/lovense).
Hi Sorry that you are having this problem. Which 2 sites are you streaming on? Did any notification pop up when the chatbox stop gathering messages? How often did you have the problem?

Just download the the newest version and install it.
I have a tv screen connected to my laptop, not sure if thats an option but a HDMI cable if you already have a tv in the room seems like a easy fix, bigger screen more easy to read from a distance. 😊

Hi, sorry for the experience when using Stream Master. Please try the following steps: 1. Delete the Video Capture device with Lovense Webcam (Lovense Camera) in Stream Master built-in OBS 2. Close Stream Master 3. Delete the Video Capture device with Lovense Webcam in OBS and add it again. 4. Choose the Video Capture device with Lovense Webcam and deactivate and activate 5. Plug out and in the Lovense Webcam and try again.

Hello again. Now I can't get it to work after reinstalling the computer. I have tried so many different ways, deleted it, disconnected it, disabled it. Both in OBS and in Stream Master. But no matter what I try, it is only in stream master that I can get the control panel to the camera.
Totally agree that it can be a bit intimidating at first. I know that even looking at all the controls on OBS Studio can be confusing! For sure it was for me the first several times I used it.
We have a new(ish) piece of software called Stream Master which has everything built-in, from toy connection to OBS, to the ability to multistream. Maybe check it out and see what you think. The setup process is much more simplified and we have an onboarding guide that you will see automatically when opening it for the first time. Any questions or feedback, please post it here.
It might be the connection with Stripchat, I had that happen before, that they didnt have a steady connection, but also could be your own internet connection, that your upload speed isnt fast enough. If you type in Speedtest on google you can figure out your upload, this needs to be pretty high. Goodluck!

Hi, Although your connection may have been ok last week, it may not be this week. The connection speeds can vary a lot, for example my download/upload is normally 30Mb/6Mb, but on a bad day it has been known to be 1Mb/1Mb. A simple speedtest as suggested followed by a router reboot normally cures this for me. Its always a good idea to check what speed you have when your connection is good, tat way you have a reference to check against.

Then it might be Stripchat, cause I def had that happen before on there that it was all laggy eventho things were good on my side, hopefully next time it will work like it should. :)
Typically, when I multi-stream I only do it on two platforms at the same time. My main platform is through my computer webcam and the second platform is through my mobile smart phone. For me I simply try to pay attention to each chat. But there is times when I will miss something.
Technically its called a non-reactive website. Sounds like a developer issue.

"Reactive" is when the site knows what the end point device is (desktop vs mobile) and send the right code to make it display properly.

Technically speaking (from my day work in software) to have a messaging function that doesn't work on a mobile platform is rather out of whack (technical term lol) with how the whole world uses mobiles. You're right, sounds like the PM/PO needs to take a look at this 👀🤔
