To have your toys connect to StreamMaster on your computer, you need to either have them connect directly to your computer OR connect to your phone (using Lovense Connect) and then link to your computer via StreamMaster. You can also use Lovense Remote to control your toy from your phone.

This Community is for those in the Adult and Camming industry, it is not for personal ads, pickups, or dating.
There are plenty of other sites for that, thank you.

Hi Tricia,
Yes there is, you can use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge with the Lovense Extension.
I personally use the Extension with Chrome, here is the link:

https://www.lovense.com/cam-model/extension

There is a "How to" guide on the same page, it's worth watching that first 👍

Here is what I figured out so far. I have a Mac so when I first started this the only option I could find was Stream Master with the extension. The extension would only show in my browser when I opened Stream Master so honestly I didn't even know that they were 2 separate things. I decided to uninstall Stream Master and start over. This time I found how to install just the extension. I'm hoping this fixes the problem. Thanks so much for your help!!

Hiya. Unfortunately the HP stream 14 processor will struggle with multitasking or video encoding it only has 4GB DDR4 (non-upgradable) it has Very limited storage. The processor and RAM are not powerful enough for smooth live streaming, especially at 1080p or with additional software like OBS Studio. At the very basic streaming at 720p directly through a browser, but it will struggle with OBS, multitasking, or integrating additional hardware like external webcams or microphones.
For streaming on platforms, it’s better to invest in a mid-range laptop with at least an Intel i5/Ryzen 5 CPU, 8GB RAM, and a Full HD screen. You can Use your phone for streaming for the time being.

I would recommended an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X / Intel Core i9-12900K
Minimum: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X / Intel Core i7-12700K
32GB DDR4/DDR5 (3200MHz or faster)
SSDs harddrive for improved performance and reduce lag when running multiple apps.
Also an NVIDIA graphics card it's Less CPU usage, which helps when running multiple apps.

What specs do I need to run chaturbate and stripchat on stream master simultaneously?

Hey there, It could be that it doesn't have enough RAM or hard drive to be able to efficiently run streaming services, I started with a smaller computer with around 64gb of hard drive and ran into the same problem as you. Could also just be low graphics card or low or a crappy processor but from what I've read they have an i7 intel so it probably isn't the latter. Could it be low on storage? I'm not super smart with technology so this is just from experience on my end

Thanks for your reply it is def somewhere to start! Is there a way of getting more storage for it because it def does not have enough space?

Hi kelce. Have you check for firmware updates? Also have you got firewalls or antivirus software if so temporarily disable them see it there interfering. You can try to Uninstall and Reinstall Lovense Connect App incase there's any corrupted files. All else fails you can still try controlling the gimbal manually via the Lovense Connect app not as good but it achieve's similar functionality.

The lovenese connect app on my phone works fine for toys, just not for connecting to webcam so I don’t think the app on my phone is the issue. The app is updated on my phone. The connect extension on my laptop works fine connecting to OBS but when I try to scan it from my phone it does nothing. Part of why I bought this camera was the phone remote capability so if that doesn’t work I’ll probably return and look into a different camera. I’m a faceless creator so being able to adjust the camera with a remote near me (ie my phone) is important.

You might also need to consider a third-party solution like https://streamlabs.com/

or

https://streamelements.com/

which allow you to set up custom overlays for tips and chat.

Okay so this would then indicate a corrupt settings file for an external device such a your camera source or something. If you havent done this yet go to file then show settings folder. Once that opens locate the log folder and open the most recent log. If possible post a screen shot of the log here or just look through it thoroughly and see if there are any errors. The debug section is all the way at the bottom. If you find any errors check some other logs and see if the error is in any other logs too. If all else fails delete OBS completely, download the newest version and re-install it and see if that clears up the issue. If even then you are still seeing this happen you might have an issue with the driver for the camera you are connecting and then you would need to diagnose that at that point.

Have you tried exporting all your settings in a profile? If you do that you should theoretically be able to import everything every time from the file you create as an export.

Hi NYChick. Try this

https://splitcam.com/help/start/quick-install-guide

Go to the Streamate performer website (Streamate's broadcaster login portal).
Sign in to your account. Look for a section like "Broadcast Settings" or "Encoder Settings".
Find the RTMP stream key and RTMP server URL.

Adding the key:
Open SplitCam.
Go to Broadcast Settings.
Choose Custom RTMP or RTMP server.

Paste:
The RTMP URL in the appropriate field.
Your Stream Key into the "Stream Key" field.
Save and start streaming.

Make sure your camera source is configured correctly in SplitCam. Once streaming starts, you can verify the connection in your Streamate dashboard.

If you can't find your Stream Key, consult Streamate's support or documentation, as stream settings can vary depending on your account type.

Haven't done it in a few years so hope this helps.

What platform are you using to stream? Are you using the laptop or a desktop with video card? Are you using external broadcasting software like obs or streaming directly through the web browser? Do a speed test on your network and if you could what is the upload speed that you get in the result. There are a hell of a lot of factors that go into why streams have issues like this. As for the lush connecting I would recommend the usb adapter lovense has and always connect your laptop to your router with an ethernet cable when possible. To better give advice on this I would definitely need the info I mentioned first. Glad you got it working though I know how frustrating issues like this can be.

Thanks for commenting. We’ve had the Lovense working great for a while now, so that’s good, and haven’t had issues with streaming since connecting the laptop to our router via Ethernet. All we need to do is figure out the toolkit stuff for the extra features.

So the Lush is working and the Cam is lagging?

If you have a lot of things using Wifi (Alexa, your TV, xbox, etc) this can cause issues.

Correct. We ended up connecting the laptop we had the cam running through to Ethernet instead of wi-fi and that seems to have solved the problem. Just need to figure out the advanced controls / settings with the toolkits now. Thanks for following up!
