#Tech help Lovense Connect Mac
Hi there all, I’d like to use VibeMate on my MacBook Air 2017. Problem is neither Livnse connect nor VibeMate detects my Max 2. This is very frustrating as I can feedback from videos to my toy. What to do please!

Problem solved, after a lot of thinking, I thought maybe it was a problem with the Bluetooth module on the Mac, and guess what? It was!

I’ll put a link below if it happens to anyone else in the future.

May the force (of Lovense pleasure) be with you.

!!! UPDATE !!!

Seems the problem wasn’t that or maybe it was in addition to the fact that your toy has to be FREE.

EXPLANATION : On your iPhone, even if your toy isn’t connected to any third- party app, the simple fact that it is Bluetooth paired makes it busy.

Unfortunately you don’t have the option to manually unpair it or forget the device. The only way to free it is to TURN OFF BLUETOOTH on your iPhone. Which is less than ideal. For example I need Bluetooth ON to control my diabetes patch and insulin pump.

Devs could you please sort this out?
