1. Chat History & Notes
When you are multi-streaming, there may be numerous people chatting at once, and you usually do not pay attention to the specific remarks of a particular audience. Imagine that when you are streaming and ready to spend time looking at the feedback from the audience in the chat, suddenly someone pops up with the sentence "How much should I pay for that?" You may be confused and then ignore this request or question, which means that you may lose some a good opportunity to make money.
If you use Chatbox, you can see a chat history icon after the username. It allows you to view all chat records of this user. Looking at the history, you will suddenly realize that this fan wants to know how much to pay for showing your feet. If you tell him how much he needs to pay for this, you may get extra tokens.
In addition, Chat History and Notes can also help you better understand your top tippers. You can click 'Check All' to view their chat history of all time. You can find some characteristics from their previous chats, such as whether they often chat, how they speak, and even their preferences. 2. Credits
There is a Credits button at the top right of the input box. Clicking it when preparing to end the live broadcast can show all tippers in this session to all viewers in your screen, just like the credits at the end of a movie. You can even display credits midway through your streams as a reminder and incentive for other viewers to tip. If you set a goal for your room, you can display credits during the show and thank these tippers. 3. Show Messages On Your Screen
This feature allows you to display a message on your screen. It will be displayed below your broadcast screen, and everyone can see the displayed message. 4. Font Size & Font Color
You can adjust the font size and color of chats on the right side of the menu. If you are far away from the screen during streams and sometimes cannot see the content of the chat, then you can adjust the size of the chat window text to make it easier to read.
