I'm assuming you're using Google Chrome (recommended). Go to the extension (look for the small pink icon in the upper right hand corner), click on that and make sure that you're logged in and that it is enabled. In the Toy Status section, click on Connect Now. You'll also want to make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your Mac. You can also try StreamMaster with has everything all rolled into one (browser, plugin, and OBS).
It should work as regular camera regardless of the platform or app you use. The "extras" require the Lovense software. Make sure that its set as the primary camera in OBS and for any other apps or you wont have a picture.
What OS are you using? Which Lovense application(s) are you using?

I’m using a Mac. Lovense is looking into it. Seems the stream master download is missing files. Or is not sending out the current version at least. I have been able to find the lovense browser. That has so far worked in connecting the device. Although so far I have not figured out if it will allow me to use the lovense aps on CB or not. Right now it’s just set from the browser extension.
Hi dlsexynikka4u, have you tried the Lovense Cam Extension yet? I believe there are so many customizable features you can use to build up your camming room. If you need any help or have specific requests, please let us know, we are here to support you!
By the way, if you need a unique beautiful personal page to display all your camming information, try https://www.fanberry.com/
