We recently noticed some Lovense Sex Machines may disconnect when receiving a tip. If you have never encountered this problem, you may disregard this article. If you have, we'd like to apologize for any inconvenience caused and offer you a solution to the issue. Please follow the steps below to upgrade the toy firmware:

1. Connect your Sex Machine to the Lovense Connect App. If you have not installed the Lovense Connect App, you can download it in the App Store or Google Play store, or click the download link here:

2. Once installed, open Lovense Connect, and then connect your Lovense Sex Machine. You will see an "Update" button to the right of the toy icon. Click on this button to upgrade your firmware. After the upgrade is complete, your toy should no longer disconnect.
