I bought a USB adapter and I turn on the lovense, the loven adapter and the lovense stop flashing but the toy never comes on, what can I do?

I'm having some sort of technical error issue. I log into my Chaturbate account, I go to my broadcast page. I turn on my device, I open Lovense connect and it connects. However at this point my cam widget icon either changes from yellow to green for a few seconds then back to yellow or it stays in yellow. When I check the cam widget I'm seeing that I'm connected, but when I hover over the device "green check mark" I'm seeing that the Diamo device is not connected. The only places I can send a test tip from is in my extension settings which continuously reloads every 30 seconds or so. I can also test my device directly from the Lovense Connect box on the desktop. When I try to send a test tip from the cam widget in the Chaturbate broadcast area, nothing sends. I see the tip icon drop like it's coming in, but it never sends to my device. I did contact support directly, but I don't know when they'll reply. The information they sent me was the same step by step I already followed. I'm not new to using Lovese. I had some connection issues before, but not like this. Any help is appreciated. Doesn't Lovense have a browser?

after DAYS and hours missed on cam,i just find out that cromebooks dont work with lovense.. seriously??? does anyone know a hack or ANY other way to get it work. im seriously super sad now. someone HELP!!!!!

I just upgraded to a Mac Book Pro and I'm trying to figure out how to get the green Lovense tool to pop up on the side of my screen. I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong or I just can’t do it all .

Hi all, I’m having nonstop Lovense toy connection problems when streaming MOBILE on Stripchat. This has been happening since I started camming 6 months ago. I don’t appear to have any issues streaming from webcam/laptop, just my phone. Unfortunately streaming directly from your phone seems to be the preferred method on the site, especially for US based models. To clarify, I use an iPhone 14 pro and Safari as the browser. Can someone tell me what this flash account is under the ‘Accounts’ tab on the Lovense Connect Mobile App?? (see attached photo). I can swipe left to delete it but it keeps popping back up. I’m 90% sure the mobile connection issues are related to this. The name Fiona_Kent_ is only associated with Stripchat and I don’t know why this flash thing keeps popping up and subsequently causing my toys to disconnect. This happens up to 20 times during a mobile stream and is killing my numbers, income and frankly, my sanity. Tired of spending days of my life bawling my eyes out trying to get this to work correctly. I’m exhausted. PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!

ok so im not tech savy but i prefer to stream from my mobile device on the chrome browser from my phone. i have the lovense connect app on mobile and the extension and browser on my hp all in one. i scan the qr code and it says my toy s connected but when i start streaming from my mobile phone from the chrome browser there is no toy icon and it doesnt react to my tips . the app for chaterbate doesnt work for me . i prefer to use my phone to stream is this possible ? what am i doing wrong ? help thanks in advance

good evening, via mobile stripchat I can't configure my LUSH3. I have already configured LUSH3 on lovense applications: CONNECT / REMOTE. unfortunately, however, the browser does not recognize it. help!

I work on Chaturbate and use OBS to stream and just setup everything on a new computer. I downloaded all the Lovense camming bundle and got everything setup. BUT the extension doesn't want to work with the toy. Whenever I try to test out the tipping it says, Make sure you are on broadcast page. It'll give me this error even when I'm live broadcasting. Can someone help! I feel I missed a step in setup!
