#Tips & Tricks Toys Repeated loosing bluetooth connection? Try Connect by Mobile
Hi! I was struggling with various toys (Lush 3, Edge 2 & Hush 2) loosing connection multiple times. I was using the Lovense USB dongle to connect via bluetooth to my toys. Theses toys drop and then re-connecting within 10 seconds - so more an annoyance than an issue. However it was happening as frequently as every couple of minutes - though generally in the range of 20-45 minutes. I do not have this issue with other toys (Diamo, Domi or Lovense Sex Machine) so it was not an issue with the USB dongle or bluetooth per se.

A couple of weeks ago I switched from using the Connect to PC to use Connect by Mobile and instead connect my toys via my Android phone and since then all my toys have stayed connected. I have done 6 shows during that time, so it seems like this works better - and is not just a fluke. I also tested connecting via my iPhone once and I had not issue with dropping either.

So my tip is: Use the Connect by Mobile option - it seems to be stronger and more consistent.

Hope this helps other models.

Happy streaming folks!

Interesting.....what security tools (such as anti virus) are you using on your PC? I wonder if you disable them if the issue persists.

Interesting - I had not thought of that. I use BitDefender for anti-virus, but I had the same issue when I was running Norton. I cannot think of any tools I am using that would control or impact bluetooth or USB connections, but I will double check.

The other thing is that it only impacts some toys and not others. I generally have 2-3 toys connected. The issue only occurs with my Lush, Hush and Edge, but never my Diamo, Domi or the Sex Machine.

Thanks for the feedback - definitely worth investigating.

Are you able to use the computers BlueTooth vs the adapter? Might also be different versions of BT or a driver issue.

Another interesting question! I did not realize I could use the built-in Bluetooth in my laptop - duh! I will test that and let you know. Thanks for all of the great feedback!
