#Lovense no connection

Hello, these sites are incredibly complicated... it's impossible to get my Lovense to recognize my PC... I have Bluetooth, I add it without any problems to my Windows 10 PC. Is Lovense a scam that forces you to buy a Bluetooth dongle from them when technically it's just Bluetooth?! If anyone knows the trick to getting my Lovense recognized on this darn complicated site, thanks in advance! :)

i bought the bluetooth dongle. even a spare one. it worked awhile but think my thick thighs is blocking the connection (lush keep on going off and on). hehe I'm currently using the lovense on my phone. it work better. did u try to download the lovense connect on your phone?
