There's always potential for growth. And the more you stream, the more people will find you.
Experiment with different shows. Make a list of different kinds of shows you think will do well and try each idea 3 times at different times throughout the week. I have shows that do REALLY well some days and make me absolutely nothing others. If what you're doing isn't working, just change it up a little bit! You can even post a poll asking your viewers to vote on what they want to see most.
Also, paying attention to what time your traffic is best is imperative. I do best at night, so I stream at specific hours between 9p-8a. You can go through your earnings and get a general idea of what these times are. Play around though!
Another thing that helps is when it's slow or I'm just starting my stream, I pretend to talk to someone. Then, that pretend person is kind enough to start tipping me a bunch of times (add simulated tippers on the Lovense widget). Have them tip you vibes at 30 seconds minimum so traffic passing your page sees activity. It often encourages other tippers.
You basically always want it to appear like your page is super busy and you're not out of energy or done yet. If you can keep that up, you should do very well.
