Welcome! Cross link the accounts. Use social media to help promote yourself and use lots of hashtags (your name, the sites you're on, and any others relevant to you). You especially want to use that #new tag that many sites use for new people. Keep a consistent schedule and make it public so that your followers can keep up with you. I also suggest checking out the "Getting Started" and “Skills” sections at the top of the page.
