#Tech help Problems with toys, stream master, stripchat...
I'm having problems when I try to stream on stripchat and chaturbate. I'm using lovense stream master software that has integrated OBS incorporated. I'm supposed to be setting everything up as stripchat and chaturbate recommends but the connection ends up failing. Not to mention that the toys are connected to the lovense connect app, I send several test tips before streaming and the toys react but just when I've been streaming for a while, they stop responding, and the transmission also fails sometimes (that's what stripchat says). I don't know if the problem is with my WiFi connection, upload speed, etc. Or if the problem is with my PC, or with the lovense connect app, or with the stream master software, or with stripchat. When I try to stream from the mobile stream master app and try to connect in obs mode to stripchat, it also has a hard time connecting and I can't stream. Please, can someone help me? Thank you!

There can be a lot of things causing this. Do you have a gaming console or lots of things on your network (like an Alexa)? If you can, you want to separate them on a a different vlan (if you don't know what that is... then turn them off while you stream) and see if that helps.

Yeah, I have my Steamdeck and Nintendo Switch connected to my WiFi network, but they are in standby mode. I will try to turn them off, I hope that helps. Thank you!

For the mobile app, are you connected to your wifi or to cellular? You definitely want to be connected to wifi. You'll also want to check your connection speed (https://www.speedtest.net/). You need at least 20Mb up and down to really be able to stream well. You can also disable any back up software or web drives (like Google Drive or Dropbox) which can be chatty and take up bandwidth. Security tools, like anti-virus, can also cause issues.
