Hi

Firstly, you have 2 posts, one says you use MacBook Air, and one that says you use Windows - are you using two different systems, or just one?

The current stream master versions are 1, 5, and 3.
Do you understand that?

Downloading the app again does not change the status

Thanks for clarifying the hardware, understood.

Current versions of Stream Master of 1, 5, and 3?
I have no reason to doubt what you tell me, but it clearly does not make sense, I would expect only one version number.

Downloading the app again would not change the status if it is the same download/version so that may be correct.

My suggestion is for you to contact Tech Support using the link in my previous reply.

And finally, I don't know what you mean in your last comment.
