If you use a VPN server, please make sure your VPN allow local LAN Access

Every VPN provider is different, you'll need to look at your settings for your VPN app.

The message seems to indicate that bluetooth isn't enabled. If you're using a VPN try disabling that to see if it works with the VPN off.
