My problem hasn't gone away!!!!!!!!!!! What should I do with the extension??????? It doesn't work!!!!!!!! The settings aren't saved. I have to enter them every time I log in.

Your app doesn't work, it doesn't save settings, it doesn't restore from backup!!!!!!!!!!!!Support is not responding!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Nati1978, really sorry that you are seeing these issues, and to help you i will need some more info from you, especially as I use the extension without having to re-enter settings.
Can you give me your device type, OS and version, browser and version, and extension version that you have installed please?

Missing info that is important:
Which browser, and current version.
And why do you update the browser on every session?
Most main browsers do not have updates that frequently

For info:
I am using Chrome which I have set to update to latest automatically.
Same extn v 31.6.6
Zero issues 🤷‍♂️

Auto-updates are enabled by default in Google Chrome. The browser checks for new versions in the background and applies them when you restart it. However, I always do this manually, as updates don't always happen by default! To manually activate the process, click the menu icon (three dots) in the upper-right corner ➔ "Help" ➔ "About Google Chrome."
