#Lovense Lovense toy not reacting to tipps but test tipp it vibrate

I have done alot but the problem is still solved,what else can i do?thanks

What have you done for troubleshooting? Are you using StreamMaster? Which OS are you using (Windows/Mac)? Are you connecting the toy to your phone or directly to your computer? Which site are you streaming on?

thanks alot Lorum.am using streamaster+lovense connect app.My laptop is macbook pro 2021,and my toys are connected to computer.website is sc.Streamaster diagnostic report is all green,Widget is green.test toy respond is fine,but if user tip the toy stays unbothered.I will see. the goal number decreasing and they will se zero respond in me,which make me look like am ignoring them.After I noticed the problem,i will reinstart computer,bluetooth,unplug wifi and redo it again from start.I will again refuse to respong again,and I will repeat again until finally after 3o mins or more of repeatation it will resport to tokens.It is now mor that 3 months every time like that,I thought its is week internet,then I increased,i have factory my computer several times but problem still there ,like wth

Reinstalling the OS won't do anything. My guess is that it's an issue with SC, not StreamMaster since it's reliant on the site for the tips to work properly.

Thanks alot,I have concluded that,that is something with sc to do.I contacted lovense and send all what they required to help me but everything is in green light.I guess i have to live with it

Mine doesn’t vibrate half the time when tipped. It’s extremely frustrating. It looks sloppy like I don’t have my shit together even though it is Lovenses issue. I’ve troubleshooted & tried everything but after researching there’s a lot of models that have these issues. I’ve lost fans because who wants to spend tokens on someone whose toy doesn’t even vibrate like it’s supposed to?? It got so bad I was keeping a list of all my fans who didn’t get what they paid for which is a huge issue for me. It has gotten better for whatever reason but still happens about every other show.

same here,all the time when am live,but it is something to do with sc because other cam website toy respond well. i will reastart my computer many times and finally after 30 min start to respond,it is wasting of time,energy,money..i hope to solve this

I'd recommend contacting SC and telling them there's an issue. I dont think it's from StreamMaster/Lovense.

i worked in two website n no problem with toys not working,but when i log in sc it start problem,i will contact sc n i will let you know
