If you mean StreamMaster - https://www.lovense.com/cam-model/download
The mobile apps are on the Apple and Android app stores, just search for "Lovense".

thanks alot,i noticed several days,(before it was working well)that when am streaming (of course my toy lush is connected to lovense app and is on) logging with stream master directed to my webcam,that when they tipp i dont feel the vibration,one of my visitor told me i have to re download but am not getting it because i have Lovense connect app and stream master.Have anyone of you have had this problem of been tipped and toy is not responding while it is on and connected? i feel its complicated
