#Tech help how conect my toy with the app from livejasmin in the smartphone android

I have the lovense conect and lovense remote app on the same device where I have the lj app to transmit, the toy is active and connected to the lovense conect app and the bluetooth active, in the Livejasmin vibes app it appears connected and the toy is activated but the users are not shown that I have it connected
