#Help/Advice Can we talk about how xenophobic Streamate is!

Just need a place to let off steam! It's so ridiculous has SM treats models from third world countries differently! This isn't this first issue I've had with SM just because I'm South African.

Sorry to use cam101 for complaining! Just need to vent somewhere!

I've not had good luck with them too. Trying to register was painful and kept failing (and I'm not South African).

I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied by the measures we take to ensure our partners are the true owners of the accounts and I would like to assure you that your voice has been heard as I forwarded your feedback internally and hopefully the appropriate department will take it into account on our upcoming updates.

I would also like to confirm with you that we don't treat models from specific regions in a different way and on this specific case with the requirement to submit your face on the Biopic was implemented due to multiple fraud attempts that we had coming from your region and we added the rule in place in order to avoid these attempts.

Also, I would like to assure you that we don't believe South Africa is a third world country and we could have similar rules for specific countries in Europe or any other continents and this is also due to fraud attempts.
