#Tech help Lovense Streamaster tip menu not showing

Another cammer I know has downloaded streamaster OBS and extension and it works fine, but no tip menus appear whatsoever.. I can’t seem to troubleshoot why - any ideas?

Are you using Windows or Mac? Are you connecting your toy to your computer or using your phone? Have you tried clearing the browser cache? Are you using StreamMaster or did you download StreamMaster, OBS, and the plugin separately?

Thanks Lorum, I haven’t been able to get back in touch with the girl having these issues. When I do I’ll be able to answer. Thanks for taking the time to respond :)
