#Tech help lush2 not reacting to tips

everything seems in order, extensions downloaded showing on OBS... when I do a test tip a message shows up on stream saying it was successful yet no reaction from toy. I tried via a customer last night as well and nothing. I am logged in same email both sites (chaturbate and stream master extension) toys are connect on phone (lovense connect) cant find lovense connect download for windows anywhere. I'm lost

Hi LunaLuxe,

Please use this link: https://www.lovense.com/cam-model/extension
Then look at Step 2, you will see the Download button under 'Connect by computer',
That is the one that you want

I dont have the usb adapter it says it's required for windows. I did get it working the other night via the lovense Connect app on my phone. But she's not the same as streaming through OBS and I can't record

If you want to use Windows then you will need the adaptor, I have one for mine and it handes up to 5 toys at the same time.
They are inexpensive and worth the little money that they do actually cost x
