#Tech help Lush has been disabled

Hello anyone got this issue before? I got a message that my lush is disabled, and to contact support. I did contact, but i didn't got any explanation i am really curious what is happening.

Never had this happened to me but please keep us updated in case this is going to happen to any of us!😱

Hello,
I didn't found out exactly what happened, i attached a screen shot with the message, the support resolution needed the papers from Lush, i don't have them, not even the box, got it from 3-rd party a long time ago, so the problem won't be fixed, i just ordered a new one, directly from lovense.
As an pice of advice keep a photo of the receipt if is 3-rd party order.

This is very inconvenient was the only lush that i owned and my camming was most about the lush, but hopefully the order will get at me fast.

I wish your lush will live forever 🤞

Are you sure that it was a REAL Lovense Lush or was it some fake?

Yes, at least i think so, how else would work with all the lovense app and everything without an issue until now. I saw some "wannabe" in various sites but the appearance isn't as 1 to 1, mine looks like the first lush, the material is high quality, if is to be a dupe i think i should have gotten issues to connect to apps and it's longevity.

Hello there, i can't see any PM, I am new here, i am looking maybe in a wrong place?

I am glad to get it resurrected, but the support said that they can't help me since i don't have the papers for it anymore.
