#Cam Extension Stream Master Not Recognizing Hardware

I am running a RTX 5070 and a AMD Ryzen 9 AI 365. When I log into Stream Master it says that my computer does not meet the minimum requirements and that I may have an issue while streaming. I feel my streams are not working properly as viewers fail to stay in my room, they come in quickly and then leave. I have also had a few regulars tell me that my stream is lagging, sometimes video is black, etc. When I stream, I run nothing on my computer other than Stream Master. I also have 32gb of ram.

When I go to the read more section by clicking the yellow exclamation mark to see the requirements, it shows me my hardware but then below it, it says PassMark G3D Mark and the required, and then where it says "you have" it says below it not found.

Hi Jus4u44! Thanks for the detailed report. The RTX 5070 and AMD Ryzen 9 AI 365 are very new hardware, and it looks like StreamMaster's hardware detection database may not have their PassMark scores registered yet — that would explain the "not found" result even though your specs are well above minimum requirements. I'll pass this along to our dev team right away so they can update the compatibility list.
