#Tech help #Lovense Lush 3 keeps disconnecting immediately from pc

I’m not tech savvy at all so hopefully someone can help me ? Thanks I’m advance. I have a new low end laptop with windows 11 and a lush three and the adapter from Lovense to connect the two. As soon as I connect the toy it immediately disconnects in about five seconds and there isn’t any help I can find trouble shooting it. Thank you for any help.

Are you using the Lovense App Bundle? Are you using any other Bluetooth devices? You can also look at the Windows Event Logs.

Would email Lovense, they have a 1 yr warranty :)

check if ur toy is fully charged

I have had a lush 3 for a couple years and it just randomly started to disconnect while using. I know its fully charged but when I was using it, it would just disconnect and turn off. Now I can only get it to do the turn on pulse and it doesn't connect at all. I don't think they would send a replacement because its been over a year.
