is anyone having issues installing the wbecam2? we just got ours today and the QR code took me to a 404 page not found. after clicking for 30 minutes I found the absolute worst instructions which I followed. Which now has stream master not working at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now and it still doesn't work. I have sent an email to lovense and we are sitting here on a holding pattern unable to stream. I found a number online but im pretty sure it was a scam and as soon as I asked for a manager I was hung up on so here we sit with a brand new webcam that we are unable to use and we are unable to stream because we can't even get stream master to open. yes I know I can download ops but I mean what's the point of that if I follow the posted instructions will it cause that to not work as well? We were pretty excited to get this new cam and here we are not even able to stream anymore....HELP lovense seems to be next to impossible to contact
