Yes it's kinda cheap to not include a USB cable but people have a lot of different set ups and most people have a lot of the cables at this point. I've never used the SexMachine so I cant comment on the quality of the dildo's. Maybe call support to ask for replacements?

Craziest thing about this too was I posted this 11 months ago and that's right when I got my machine however I got it for working on a Cam show for a guy and I did several shows so I could get this machine Well it broke the remote broke levins would not replace it They can't get the required information out of my old customer so they literally won't send me a new remote and making me purchase a brand new now the mini because I don't want to buy the big one because guess what they break I took care of it I did everything I could and it's just such bad customer service and all around bad stain on that company for not replacing a simple remote that I work $700 for and making me go buy another $500 machine Complete bull crap if you ask me They're monopolizing and it's not fair to all the other people who want a decent machine The De Amo is destroyed I've had almost every one of these boys the bolus destroyed if you have a 8 inch do not use the solace The hands free one never ever could do it hands free And what else sucks every single one of their products I will no longer be promoting these in my room I will be demoting them and telling everyone about how next year they only care about money and all of their products are crap but you need them to pair with any of these streaming services so you're basically forced that should be illegal there should be two options at least Isn't this America
