#Help/Advice Chaturbate Account Banned

A long time ago I was banned from CB when I tried to register on the site with the username /armantheodore. At that time I didn't understand any English, and I registered without understanding all the rules, so they banned me accusing me of being someone else in the document sent, but this is definitely not true, because I sent my own documents, but I broke some of their rules without knowing exactly what it was. Since then I have sent several emails and they ignore them all, I think they even blocked my emails.
They definitely treated me like I was some criminal which is false and disrespectful, my documents are saved in their system forever like I was some kind of criminal. I do live shows on other sites, I have supporters, and I've never had any problems.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Thanks for the suggestions. This problem happened in 2022, I have already asked for this ban to be reviewed through other emails, and the only answer they give me is that I will continue to be banned (that is, with my documents registered in their system as if I were a criminal). Apparently they block receiving messages from any new emails I send. It's the most toxic attitude from a company I've ever seen.
