Rooms and Users on CB! (stream, model, room, and site analysis)
using the analyze tool! from Stream master and Cam 101! i have done research about the best tags for me to use! but was curious to see if anyone looks for a lower amount of rooms? or a higher amount of rooms? ... or if the user count is more important than the rooms, and i would want to pick the highest or "close to" the highest user or lowest user count... basically, should i focus on the most users in the least amount of rooms? or is that wrong!?!? LOL
That's a great question! There's a few things to consider. Ideally, you want a balance, a high user-to-room ratio means more viewers per model, which is good for exposure. A "sweet spot" is a moderate number of rooms with a solid number of users then you’re not lost in the crowd but still have a decent audience. Sometimes, certain tags/trends get temporary boosts so checking analytics over different times helps.
So How to Decide? Best Case: A tag/category with a high user count but a lower room count is ideal.
Second Best: If all high-user tags are oversaturated, look for a niche with a decent user count but fewer rooms.
Avoid: Tags where there are too many rooms and too few users because competition is high, and exposure is low.
Next Steps: 1. Use the Analyze Tool to track users per room over different times. 2. Test different categories/tags for a few sessions and compare your viewer stats. 3. Adjust based on which brings more engagement & tips, not just traffic.
