one thing that might help, make a profile in obs, in the upper left there is a spot that says profile. click it and set up your stream to a new one, make sure you save it, then once you set up the layout you like, there is a lock icon on each source, web cam, lovense virtual cam, ect. make sure they are locked that will keep them where you want them. if you need to move any, just unlock it, move it, and make sure to lock it again.

also make sure you set up your stream key to the profile because otherwise you will have issues broadcasting

Have you tried exporting all your settings in a profile? If you do that you should theoretically be able to import everything every time from the file you create as an export.

Okay so this would then indicate a corrupt settings file for an external device such a your camera source or something. If you havent done this yet go to file then show settings folder. Once that opens locate the log folder and open the most recent log. If possible post a screen shot of the log here or just look through it thoroughly and see if there are any errors. The debug section is all the way at the bottom. If you find any errors check some other logs and see if the error is in any other logs too. If all else fails delete OBS completely, download the newest version and re-install it and see if that clears up the issue. If even then you are still seeing this happen you might have an issue with the driver for the camera you are connecting and then you would need to diagnose that at that point.
