#Rising Star waiting approval

i have been waiting over 3 days to be approved and it still says pending. i have reached out to every form of customer support with little to no help at all. it says it takes 24 to 48 hours to be approved so why am i still waiting?? should i try again or continue to wait?? and why is customer support so terrible??

i have tried multiple times with multiple different forms of reaching out and have not recieved any help

i still have not reached a resolve... should i just fill it out again even though it says pending ?
