not connecting
lush 3 was working fine..... disconnected intermittently..... now it just wont connect at all. blue tooth adaptor is in and working... lush 3 is flashing...but wont even find it. is it possible to get a return and replacement> had it since nov 1st

no.. i tried the phone separatly to see if that connected and it did. so the lush obviously isnt broke. the lights on bluetooth adapter flashes, and lights on lush flashes, but when i hit add toy the usual way it just wont find it.. worked fine last night and ive not messed with any settings

actually looking at it, when i hit add toys , its not even doing a search now.. doing nothing

Give Lovense Support a message, and give them as much info as you possibly can including videos of what is happening if possible, they are pretty good

Did you try charging for a few hrs? That does the trick sometimes, if that doesnt work you can contact Lovense Support trough the site fil in the number thats on the box and what doesnt work propperly about it, they replaced mine when it wouldnt connect anymore.😊

thanks... i restarted the laptop and it decided to work so i will try that again in future.

Most of the time things like restarting or charging works, when that doesnt Lovense Support will help, but thats the first thing they will ask you to try.😊

Yes, you certainly may. if 1 year has not passed since the purchase, they will change it to you
