#Lovense chatbox only showing one cam site user list

So i normally stream chaturbate + stripchat but for some reason even though both are connected i only get the users list from chaturbate and not stripchat on the chatbox? Any help on this?

I also use both sites. Just streamed on CB yesterday for the first time. Since it was my first multi-stream, it was my first time using chatbox and I had the same issue. No user list for SC though it was showing the chat. The CB chat was also totally lagging/freezing up.
