The best times just depends on your schedule. Fir me I find it works best in the morning hours as I am getting up to start my day. As well as the evening when I am ready to end my day. I don’t broadcast too much during the day because I am usually busy doing stuff. The best thing is just create a schedule that works best fir you and try to stick with it. This way your regular followers will have an idea of when they can watch.
