cant go live
Hi you all,
i have successful connected my lush toy but i cant go live with it.when am on camsite n click Live button,i will see lovense toy connected,but the screen is black n i cannot see myself on video.what could be the problem.my computer is macbook pro 21 so there should be no problem,i have installed, stream master,lovense connect,lovense remote and lovense browser,and sometime i see obs but am beginer so i dont want to double stream yet,what am i doing wrong,it is so stress ful please help me,i contacted customer survise but it will take a whie..thank yopu all

The only you should have installed is ONLY the StreamMaster bundle. Once you do that all the necessary additional apps will also get installed. Once installed, then when you start StreamMaster it will take you to the main StreamMaster page. Turn on your toy. Then in the upper right hand corner in the Toy Status section, click on the Connect by PC button. Give it a minute or so and the toy should show up. Click on the button next to it to enable it.
