Is there a way I can stream to both Chaturbate and Stripchat at the same time and have tips from both sites activate on my Lovense Lush?

For multi—streaming via OBS, use StreamMaster or the Lovense OBS Toy Controller plugin - they will collect tips from several sites in one Lush vibration.

that's what i use, but maybe i have it set up wrong. streammaster only connects the toy to one site at a time for me, and the site that doesnt have the toy connected doesn't have any audio.
