#Tech help Lovense Camera

Okay so I just recently got the new lovense camera and I love it don't get me wrong and I just downloaded the new thing stream master but every time I go live even though my stream says it's good everybody in my chat room will say it's pixelated does anybody know how to fix that

It might be the connection with Stripchat, I had that happen before, that they didnt have a steady connection, but also could be your own internet connection, that your upload speed isnt fast enough. If you type in Speedtest on google you can figure out your upload, this needs to be pretty high. Goodluck!

Then it might be Stripchat, cause I def had that happen before on there that it was all laggy eventho things were good on my side, hopefully next time it will work like it should. :)

Hi,
Although your connection may have been ok last week, it may not be this week. The connection speeds can vary a lot, for example my download/upload is normally 30Mb/6Mb, but on a bad day it has been known to be 1Mb/1Mb.
A simple speedtest as suggested followed by a router reboot normally cures this for me.
Its always a good idea to check what speed you have when your connection is good, tat way you have a reference to check against.
