#Tech help Lovense Connect app update BROKEN. FIX NEEDED ASAP

Lovense Connect app update 2.9.6 broke the ability to broadcast mobile on Stripchat yet AGAIN!! Fix your issues Lovense, get it together. You’re impacting people’s income!!!! Patch needed ASAP! I’m not giving you the specs of my phone, what browser I’m using etc. to buy you time. The problem is your update. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Are there any error messages? Or does it just not connect? It helps to know what version of the OS you're using (iOS vs Android)...it can really help trying to figure out what the issue may be. If you're using iOS, is it a different browser than Safari? If Android, is it a different browser than Chrome?

Nothing has changed since the last time I posted here for the same issue last time except yet ANOTHER app update.
iOS 16.5 - Safari. iPhone 14 pro. It’s the Lovense Connect app release (2.9.6) that’s causing the problem. This is ridiculous and happens with every app update.
The toys will connect but will not stay connected. The issue is not on my end. Period.

Just FYI: the specs of my phone, what browser I’m using etc... do matter when we talk about tech issues, and it is not ´buying time´but it helps solve issues in a faster way.

This happens every time a Lovense Connect app update is released. Multiple people on Stripchat are complaining about this. It has nothing to do with us and everything to do with Lovense. Never thought I’d be gaslit by a sex toy company. 😂 what a joke
