If you use OBS and you want to post your tip menu in your screen you have a few options.

I would suggest you make it a short one or maybe put the options that you want to be tipped the most. it would take some space from your screen.

create a nice image with all the things you want to say and put no background or use the color green as background (then add a chroma key filter on obs in the source image itself) and add it as an image on your OBS stream. So basically an image of your tip menu that you can move around the screen where it pleases you the most.

another way that can be a bit annoying is you could add it as a TEXT on the screen. it will take you a lil bit more to prepare it but maybe is better because you will be able to change it any time you want.
keep in mind being a text input i dont know how easy will be to fit it as you like.
(as format, size,font can change a lot the source ù)

So open OBS click on the scene you use and click on "+". there you will find the menu with all the things you can add to your stream.
