I'm assuming that you downloaded the .DMG file, double clicked in, dragged the StreamMaster app to the Applications folder, and then ran the app...correct? If so, then I'd delete the app with AppCleaner (https://freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/), reboot, re-download the app, and reinstall. You can also go into the System Preferences -> Privacy tab and make sure StreamMaster is added to the Camera and Microphone sections.

I dont read German so I'm not sure what that says. Do you have anti-virus or other security applications running? You might need to disable them first. Also check the System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General tab. Make sure that it's set to allow Mac Store and Identified Developers. You may also see a link to allow StreamMaster to be installed.

Possibly...I still have an Intel-based Mac.

Hi Lorum,
It's not an error message as you would normally expect, it's actually an information message that says "this is where apps that want to access your camera appear"

It looks like that error says. "Apps that want to access your camera will appear here." Is this n the Mac "System Preferences" also called "Settings" in the newest Mac OS?
