#New toys Domi Damaged??

My domi doesn't turn on, so when I put it on charge it doesn't charge directly and the button turns static red, now the red light is flashing, does anyone know what to do?

Sounds like you might need to contact support. You can also try making sure that the charging contacts are clean and that the charger is properly connected to make sure it's charging properly. I have a Gush that is finicky about charging and need to play with it a bit so it charges.
