Hi. On iPhone you need to request Desktop Site to see the full Lovense tip menu on Stripchat (sometimes the Lovense tip menu doesn't automatically show because the mobile version of the site has limited features compared to desktop).

In the browser, tap settings and choose "Request Desktop Site."

Make sure your Lovense toy is connected through the Lovense Connect app.

Go to your Broadcast Dashboard and check that the Lovense extension and tip menu are enabled.

If it still doesn’t show, update your app or try Safari in desktop mode.
