That sounds really frustrating, especially mid-show when you need to stay focused. The chat pausing and requiring you to manually scroll to the bottom is definitely disruptive. We'll pass this along to the dev team so they can look into adding an auto-scroll lock feature in an upcoming update. In the meantime, some models have had luck minimizing and re-opening the chat window to force it back to the bottom. Check the chat settings: In the StreamMaster chat window, there is a gear icon (settings) — make sure that the "Auto-scroll" checkbox is enabled. If it is enabled but doesn't work, disable it and enable it again. Update / reinstall: Download the latest version from the official website — the developers may have already fixed this issue in the new build. Temporary workaround: If the problem persists, open the chat separately in your browser (via the studio's website) and place it side by side. This will prevent you from clicking endlessly. Write to StreamMaster support (they have Telegram/Discord) — they usually fix such bugs quickly if several people complain.
