I have a dolce that the neck part broke on just a few months after i got it, I only got it in June of last year, so I haven't even had it a full year yet.
I emailed lovense and got a reply asking for video proof, i sent the video and they said a replacement is being processed, and that I would receive an email once its been shipped. Its been over a week now and still no email. I sent a message to chat support asking if its been shipped or if its going to take more time and i still haven't gotten a reply even on the chat....
I'm very disappointed in Lovense for the shitty help services. if they really cared about the models, they would have a better support team.
1) Don't offer "chat support" if you're not going to respond. and 2) don't offer toy replacements of you're not sending them.
Its unfair to your customers/models who, if it weren't for them, you wouldn't have anything. 🤷♀️
well after 2 or 3 more days they messaged me and said that it had been delivered, it was in my mailbox. they never sent the email saying it had been shipped lol
