i have been trying to get started on vibemate and signed up but for the 3 pics it keeps saying "upload fail" ive tried different pics also

Hey there, sorry you are running into that issue. A few things to try: make sure your images are in JPG or PNG format, and that each file is under 5MB. Also try clearing the app cache or reinstalling VibeMate. If it still does not work after that, you can reach out to the Lovense support team at [email protected] and they should be able to help you sort it out.
