Toy Not Reacting to Tips 📱

❓Issue:
Toy not reacting to tips when streaming through the Browser in Lovense Connect.

🔆Solution:
1、Go to Settings and tap “Save” again.
2、If that doesn’t work, turn the switch off and back on.
3、Try to stay on the same device while streaming.

⚠️ Need to switch devices?
Once you leave or log in somewhere else, the page inside the Connect App will return to the home screen and your current stream page will close.
The system checks whether you’re using the same device, so cross-device changes are blocked.

Tip: Stay on the same device throughout your stream and setup for a more stable connection.
