#Tech help Unable to save, import, stay connected

Idk ifits my toy or the extension or both but I have had nothing but problems, at this ppoint I'm regretting buying the toy because I havent been able to earn any money with it but I'm constantly having to spend time trying ot get it to wokr. I hav e a new computer 5gb internet, 64mb ram so idk what is going on. Everytime I log in I have to set everything up again, so fustrating! Sometimes this happens even an active session when I navigate away frolm the page, its so glitchy. Help how do i fix it? Ive remloved it reinstalled, i even reinstalled windows and tried with no luck.😭

So you need to set up StreamMaster again? Can you be more specific? Have you disabled your anti-virus?

I disabled some of it but I'm not disabling it all because the first (and only time I was able to actually use it) I got ransomware from CAM4. After gettuing that resolved I read up and saw that in general the lovense software isn't secure so I'm not comfortable disabling everything. However since I'm already this deep in the money pit I'd like to try and salavage some of what I've lost and possibly earn money so any help is appreciated.

I see that there is an import option for seettings, if I could at least do that it would be better than nothing and better than redoing settings for every damn site every time I log in. I multi stream on 4-8 sites at a time so ts literally a two hour procress cause nothing saves and thats ridicuous. It eats up all my cam time and now its to the point tha its adversly affecting my income in a massive way. help :( support has been useless they just refer me to install videos....

eta-I use the browser extension for chrome, I don't use streammate. I use OBS occassionally but molstly splitcam if that makes a difference.

Hi SanDiego8383. That sounds really frustrating. The settings not saving between sessions is usually related to browser cookies or extensions being cleared. Make sure your browser is not set to clear data on close, and check if any privacy extensions (like CCleaner or similar) might be wiping saved data. For the import/export feature, you can save your settings from the caming extension settings panel and re-import them — that should at least cut down on the setup time. Regarding the security concerns, the caming extension itself does not require disabling your antivirus entirely. You can add it as an exception in your security software.
