It's all about advertising....just like any other product. In this case, you're the product. With camming, social media is one of the only ways to really get your name out. X and Reddit are the two biggest and both allow porn content. For Reddit, you'll want to post content to lots of various channels (called subReddits). For example, if you do anal, you'd post a pic or vid to r/anal. Your Reddit profile would have all the links to your camming profiles or to Fanberry. X is the similar. You'll want to post content and use lots of hash tags. For example, #cam101, #webcam, etc. You'll also want to hastag your performing name and any types of things you do, like #SquirtShow.

Responding to comments on social media will also help drive people to you. I'd also suggest taking a look at some of the tutorials/courses that are here. They can be helpful.

Remember it can take some time to get a big following.
