Why can't I make different settings in the Chrome cam extension?

If I make a setting in level 1 so that it responds to tips between 1-5 on speed low, and save it with a name at the top, let's say we call it “settings 1”.
Now I want to make a new setting where it reacts to tips between 1-3 on low speed, and saves it at the top with the name “settings 2”.
But when I switch back to the saved “settings 1”, the settings remain as the last I changed, i.e. tips between 1-3, and not as I had saved it for tips 1-5.

I have also tried making a backup of my settings, but when you try it, it just reports an error that it cannot sync with the server, so only auto backup works.
If that function had worked, I could perhaps bypass my first problem, and then make several different backups of my settings, and then restore the setting I needed to use when it was.

Why are there no things working properly in cam extension?
I need when I'm streaming that I can have 1 setting for some toy, and change the setting during a stream if I switch to something else.
